In the decade that we have been in the construction industry, we have worked on over 40 homes. In the capacity of a Contractor, Scott Grover has managed more than 20 projects. These projects have spanned from landscaping to remodels to compete ground-up construction of homes, some enlisting the talents of more than 80 workers over the duration of a project.
Implementing smart design and efficient building methods in order to create an environment for our clients that improves the quality of their lives. By enhancing the original vision with Green Building techniques such as dedication to the conservation of resources, increasing economic vitality, and lessening the impact on our planet while using our experience in meticulous home enhancements.
We emphasize art and creativity-- something that cannot be said for the common Contractor. We approach each house as a sculpture; Mr. Grover personally enjoys bringing a project from demolition to landscaping; nurturing the clients’ vision from the ground up. art-f/x specializes in building rather than assembling, in creating unique and personalized homes that reflect the clients’ needs and desires.
We enjoy the enhancing of the original drawings, letting projects evolve as the clients or designers expand their vision(s). There is not a home that we have worked on in which we have not had to learn something new to provide the client with what they deserve. From creating “antique” details to designing unusual fixtures such as fountains and chicken-coops, we have learned something new, embraced new technologies and worked with cutting-edge materials to realize the needs of our clients.
We have established relationships with all of our clients. In several instances, We have been contacted after completing a project to do further renovation-- this is due to good relations, as well as full satisfaction with our work. Our base crew has worked with The Company for over five years, and we have established relationships with the finest subcontractors that Monterey County has to offer.
art-f/x has an office staff that deals with all billing, special orders, and bookkeeping aspects of each project. There is office staff available for all queries or issues. Weekly site reports are provided to each client. These reports include all expenses as well as up-to-date overviews of all tasks in the week. This website furnishes an often-updated photo gallery of the projects as well as secured pages for private correspondences. Clients that do not live within the area have benefited from this feature.
In our many projects, Mr. Grover has worked with numerous building inspectors to fulfill the legal requirements and permits. We take responsibility of all aspects of our and our subcontractors' work.
There have never been any claims or suits filed against the Company. There are no judgments, claims, arbitration proceedings, or suits pending or outstanding against this organization or its officers. This company has never had the need to file any claims against a client or organization.
No funds have been expended by a surety company on our behalf.
